Salary: $190000 - $224000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI/ML models to solve business problems, including data collection, preprocessing, training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Explore and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and tools to improve model performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI/ML models.
• Create and maintain documentation for AI/ML models and processes.
• Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency in working with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• In-depth knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques, including regression, clustering, and neural networks.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
