Salary: $92 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data systems. You will work closely with our data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure that our data is accurate, accessible, and scalable. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data analysts to understand business requirements and data needs
• Design and develop data models and database structures to support data storage and retrieval
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery
• Implement data quality checks and troubleshoot data issues
• Create and maintain data documentation and data dictionaries
• Work with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into production systems
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Continuously monitor and optimize data performance and scalability
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data development and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data development or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
• Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with data warehousing and data modeling techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
• Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• Relevant certifications in data development or database management is a plus
