Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
Analyze and understand complex data structures and develop efficient solutions to integrate data from multiple systems.
Develop and maintain data warehouse architecture, data models, and data dictionaries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and gather data requirements and implement data solutions to support business needs.
Optimize ETL processes to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Mentor and guide junior ETL developers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ETL technologies and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development.
Strong knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or SSIS.
Experience with data warehouse design and dimensional modeling.
Proficient in SQL and database concepts.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
