Salary: $107 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions to support our organization's data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ETL development, data modeling, and database management, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and implement data validation and quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Optimize performance of ETL jobs and data warehouse queries to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data models, and databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes, data quality, and data warehouse performance.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior ETL developers, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development, data modeling, and database management.
• Strong understanding of ETL tools and techniques, such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling and ETL design patterns.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus.
