Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ETL solutions to extract data from various sources, transform it, and load it into our data warehouse.
Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and other team members to understand data requirements and develop appropriate ETL solutions.
Develop and maintain ETL schedules and jobs to ensure timely and accurate processing of data.
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues in the ETL processes.
Optimize ETL processes for improved performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data models, and data dictionaries.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ETL development and implement them in our processes.
Mentor and train junior team members on ETL development and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development.
Strong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage.
In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud-based ETL tools and technologies is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality ETL solutions.
