Position: Junior Data Scientist

Salary: $68 Per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our team as a Junior Data Scientist. As a Junior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for supporting our data science team in analyzing and interpreting large datasets to drive business decisions and insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior data scientists in developing and implementing statistical models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions
• Clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and other programming languages
• Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science techniques and tools
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to identify new areas where data science can be applied
• Support the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and platforms
• Contribute to the creation of data science best practices and standards within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a data science or analytics role
• Strong understanding of statistical models, machine learning, and data mining techniques
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Passion for data and a desire to continuously learn and improve
