Position Overview: Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Input Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of our database. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our databases and systems
• Review and verify data for any errors or discrepancies
• Identify and resolve data entry issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy across all systems
• Create and maintain data logs and reports for analysis and auditing purposes
• Ensure compliance with company data policies and procedures
• Work closely with other departments to retrieve and input data as needed
• Continuously evaluate and improve data entry processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in data entry or related field
• Proficient typing and 10-key skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. Salesforce, Excel)
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
