Salary: $100 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning techniques and develop solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop ML solutions
• Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Build and maintain data pipelines to facilitate model training and deployment
• Utilize a variety of ML techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning to build predictive models
• Evaluate and optimize model performance through experimentation and testing
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML and continuously improve existing models
• Communicate technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior team members in ML techniques and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying ML models in a production environment
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
