Job Overview: As an AI/ML Engineer at Lobox, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI and ML solutions that will revolutionize the way industries operate. You will work closely with our team of data scientists and engineers to create innovative solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing predictive models to improving natural language processing algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement AI and ML models that solve complex business problems
• Design and build scalable and efficient data pipelines to support the training and deployment of AI and ML models
• Develop algorithms and techniques to improve the accuracy and performance of existing models
• Research and experiment with new AI and ML technologies and techniques to continuously improve our solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and ML solutions into existing systems and processes
• Ensure the quality and reliability of AI and ML models through rigorous testing and validation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and ML and identify opportunities for their application in our solutions
• Mentor and guide junior team members in AI and ML best practices and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing AI and ML solutions
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing
• Experience with data processing tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Apache Spark
• Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
