Job Title: AI/ML Engineer
Location: San Francisco, California, United States
Salary: $190000 - $224000
Job Description: As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models to solve complex business problems and drive innovation within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to identify business problems and design AI/ML solutions
- Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML models that can handle large datasets and drive actionable insights
- Continuously research and evaluate new AI/ML techniques and technologies to improve the performance and efficiency of existing models
- Design and implement data pipelines to gather, clean, and transform data for AI/ML training and deployment
- Utilize programming languages such as Python, Java, or R to develop AI/ML models and algorithms
- Work with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy AI/ML solutions
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure proper integration of AI/ML models into production systems
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of AI/ML models to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed AI/ML models and make necessary improvements
- Communicate complex AI/ML concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies to drive innovation within the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role
- Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R
- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and database systems
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
