Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our team. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic and interactive web applications. Your primary focus will be on the development of server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code
• Write clean, well-documented code that follows industry best practices and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix any issues that may arise in the codebase
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance the user experience
• Support and maintain existing applications by identifying and resolving bugs and issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of years of experience in PHP development
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns
• Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Experience with at least one PHP framework (e.g. Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony)
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue is a plus
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
