Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Design and implement complex software systems, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions and preventing future occurrences.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends, tools, and techniques, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing software systems to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in software development, with at least years in a senior or lead role.
• Extensive experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of database management systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
