Position Title: Software Architect

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Software Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software systems. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding our business needs, and translating them into technical solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture, and design, and possess exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop software systems with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and system specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to support our software development process.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure consistent and high-quality code standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and address technical challenges and risks in a timely manner.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices in software architecture and development.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a software architecture role.
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, C++, or Python.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture styles, design patterns, and principles.
• Experience with agile methodologies and practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and microservices architecture is a plus.
