Salary: $152000 - $192000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer systems and networks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's computer systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex computer systems and networks
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
• Troubleshoot system and network issues and provide timely resolutions
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery plans
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure system and network security
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system engineering or a similar role
• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and security principles
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
