Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and design of our products from concept to production
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliverables
Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions for complex technical problems
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our products
Mentor and guide junior engineers to facilitate their growth and development
Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions
Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet functional and performance requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Contribute to the improvement of our engineering processes and workflows
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to support product launches and customer needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, product development, or a similar role
Extensive experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Strong experience with software development methodologies and best practices
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable products
Experience with agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and mentor team members
Passion for learning new technologies and tools
