Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering problems
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
Monitor and evaluate project progress, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate them
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends, and apply them to enhance our engineering processes and systems
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other technical documents to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a related field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in engineering principles, practices, and methodologies
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools
Ability to travel as needed
