Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop NLP systems and algorithms to process large volumes of unstructured data
Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate NLP capabilities into existing systems
Implement and improve existing NLP models and algorithms
Use machine learning techniques to improve accuracy and performance of NLP systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning
Troubleshoot and debug NLP systems to ensure their smooth functioning
Optimize NLP systems for scalability and performance
Develop tools and processes to streamline data preprocessing and cleansing
Write efficient and maintainable code to implement NLP solutions
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the development process

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Proven experience working as an NLP Engineer or in a similar role
Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and algorithms
Hands-on experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, etc.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Experience with data preprocessing techniques and tools such as regular expressions and text cleaning
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
