Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI ML Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an AI ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms to enhance our products and services. You will work closely with our data science team to analyze and interpret complex data sets and build scalable solutions that will drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and requirements.
• Design and implement data processing pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale data sets.
• Utilize various machine learning techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, to build high-performing models.
• Conduct experiments and perform rigorous testing to evaluate the performance of machine learning models.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing machine learning models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence and identify opportunities to implement them in our products and services.
• Communicate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• In-depth understanding of various machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and other tools.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
