Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced C++ Software Architect to join our dynamic team. As the C++ Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex software systems using the C++ programming language. You will also be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the overall technical direction and quality of the software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement high-quality C++ software solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies to meet project requirements
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance and efficiency of the software
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in C++ and related technologies
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Software Architect or a similar role, with a strong background in C++
• Extensive knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with C++ development tools and libraries
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java or Python
• Experience in developing software for embedded systems or real-time applications
• Knowledge of software development best practices and processes
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
