Job Overview: As the DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing our DevOps team. You will work closely with our development, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our software products. Your main goal is to streamline our development processes and improve our overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their career growth and development.
• Collaborate with the development team to build and maintain a continuous integration and delivery pipeline.
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of applications, databases, and other infrastructure components.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum availability.
• Implement automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies and implement them in our DevOps processes.
• Work closely with the security team to ensure the security and compliance of our systems.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or TeamCity.
• Solid understanding of networking and security concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
