Lobox is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Developer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Infrastructure Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual who is passionate about creating efficient and secure systems that support our organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure solutions that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure development and support.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking concepts.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix.
• Proficient in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus.
