Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement IT strategies in line with the company's overall objectives
Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT systems and infrastructure
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
Develop and monitor IT budgets and ensure cost-effective operation of all systems
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products
Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure
Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and operations
Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies
Experience in managing and negotiating contracts with vendors
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Ability to adapt to changing technology trends and environments
Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, ITIL) are a plus
