Salary: $107 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Application Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will also lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of application developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by setting and meeting project timelines and milestones.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and risks to the project stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python.
• Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in database design and SQL.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your previous projects and achievements.
