Salary: $171000 - $208000

We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to join our dynamic team and help us continue to deliver exceptional results to our clients.

Position Overview: The Oracle EBS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS development, as well as experience in various Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. This individual will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions within the Oracle EBS environment
• Develop and maintain custom extensions, interfaces, and reports within the Oracle EBS system using PL/SQL, SQL, and other EBS development tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Oracle EBS applications, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations
• Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions
• Work closely with the functional team to design and implement customizations and enhancements to the Oracle EBS modules
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and assist with user training as needed
• Stay current with industry best practices and new technologies related to Oracle EBS development and share knowledge with the team
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Oracle EBS environment
• Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS development
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and data structures
• Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Resources
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and other EBS development tools
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 is preferred but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of delivering quality solutions on time and within budget
