Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough testing of all aspects of the Oracle ERP system, including but not limited to modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test cases accordingly.
Identify and report defects and work closely with the development team to resolve them in a timely manner.
Conduct regression testing to ensure new features and fixes do not affect existing functionalities.
Monitor and track defects to ensure they are resolved within the agreed-upon timeline.
Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with Oracle ERP systems.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts and functionalities.
Experience with testing tools such as HP Quality Center, JIRA, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
