Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Lead

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $115 Per hour

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Lead to join our team. As the Oracle HCM Cloud Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our organization's Oracle HCM Cloud system. You will be a key member of our HR Technology team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Payroll.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify business needs, and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring that best practices and industry standards are followed.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and provide post-implementation support to ensure the stability and effectiveness of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs within the Oracle HCM Cloud system, working closely with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates, releases, and enhancements, and make recommendations on how to leverage them to improve our HR processes.
• Lead the training and support of end-users on the Oracle HCM Cloud system, ensuring a smooth adoption and optimal utilization of the system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus.
