We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle T&L Cloud Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Oracle Time and Labor (T&L) Cloud software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new features and enhancements for Oracle T&L Cloud software based on business requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Oracle T&L Cloud development tools and technologies
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure smooth functioning of the software
• Conduct thorough testing of developed features to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into the software development process
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards are met
• Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to the software

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Oracle T&L Cloud
• Strong proficiency in Oracle T&L Cloud development tools and technologies such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex software solutions
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
