Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RF systems, including antenna systems, filters, amplifiers, and other RF components.
Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to determine the best RF solution for a given project.
Perform RF signal analysis and measurements to identify and resolve any issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and compatibility of RF systems with other components.
Create technical documentation including specifications, test plans, and reports.
Conduct testing and validation of RF systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to RF systems, including interference, performance, and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in RF technology and incorporate them into the design process.
Provide technical support and guidance to other teams and departments as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing RF systems.
Strong understanding of RF principles and concepts, including modulation, coding, and signal processing.
Proficient in using simulation and design tools such as MATLAB, ADS, and HFSS.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as FCC, ETSI, and ITU.
Experience with RF measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
