Salary: $92 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework. Your primary focus will be on creating robust, scalable, and efficient code that meets the project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and develop new features and enhancements for existing web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely manner
• Continuously optimize and improve the performance of existing applications
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies, trends, and best practices in web development and share knowledge with the team
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Implement and maintain automated testing to ensure code functionality and quality
• Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver high-quality projects within the given timeline and budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in web development using Ruby on Rails framework
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficient in relational databases and SQL
• Good understanding of agile development methodologies
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends
