Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SAP Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior SAP Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the company's SAP system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP and experience in project management, data analysis, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP-related inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
• Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials
• Lead the implementation of SAP system enhancements, upgrades, and new modules
• Design and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of SAP applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure efficient and effective use of SAP applications
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve SAP processes and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of years of experience as an SAP Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration with other systems
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• SAP certification is a plus
