Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $123 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise to implement efficient and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices, a strong background in software engineering, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative, scalable, and high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates and evaluate their potential impact on our organization
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce solutions
• Train and mentor junior team members on Salesforce development best practices and techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and data management best practices
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions
• Experience with integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Boomi
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly preferred
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
