Position: Senior Applications Architect

Salary: $115 Per hour

Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applications Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Applications Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing our enterprise-wide applications architecture. You will work closely with our development teams, business analysts, and project managers to ensure that our applications meet the needs of our organization and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the implementation of our enterprise-wide applications architecture, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Lead the development and maintenance of our applications roadmap, ensuring that our technology stack remains current and supports our long-term business plans
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and development teams
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of our applications architecture to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems and processes
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in applications architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide applications architecture, with a solid understanding of architecture principles, patterns, and standards
• Proven experience in delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Experience with modern technologies and frameworks such as cloud computing, microservices, and DevOps
• Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus
