Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of complex projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project development, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and other team members.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to foster professional development and growth within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering project management.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
