Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the project team to ensure successful project delivery, including setting project goals, timelines, and budgets.
Develop and maintain project plans, including identifying and managing project risks and issues.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Identify and resolve any project-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to senior management on project progress.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
of experience in project management, preferably in Information Technology & Services.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
PMP certification is a plus.
