Salary: $123 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Program Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of large-scale SAP programs. You will utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in SAP to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP programs
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across all project phases
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables and ensure they are met within the agreed timelines
• Identify and manage potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Utilize your expertise in SAP to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to improve project delivery and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in SAP technology, and continuously incorporate them into project plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP programs
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and applications, including but not limited to S/4HANA, ECC, SCM, CRM, and BI
• Experience with SAP project management tools, such as SAP Solution Manager and MS Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Proven experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively
• PMP or SAP certification is a plus
