Job Overview: As a Senior Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will be responsible for leading a team of testers and working closely with our development team to identify and resolve any issues. Your role will involve creating and executing test plans, analyzing test results, and providing valuable feedback to the development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing processes and methodologies and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of testers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.
• Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any issues during the testing phase.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.
• Continuously improve and optimize the testing process and methodologies.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as the product and project management teams, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Provide regular reports on testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software testing processes and methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA or HP ALM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
