Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and implement data models and integrations within the Servicenow platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Create and maintain data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and other technical documentation
Perform data mapping and data transformation activities to ensure data integrity and consistency
Develop and maintain data quality rules and processes to ensure accurate and reliable data
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, working closely with other team members and stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and management
Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members
Continuously enhance and optimize data models and integrations to improve system performance and scalability

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing data models and integrations within the Servicenow platform
Strong understanding of data architecture and data management principles
Proficiency in Servicenow development tools and technologies, including Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Scripting
Experience with web services, API integrations, and data import/export processes
Familiarity with IT Service Management processes and ITIL framework
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Servicenow Certified System Administrator and Servicenow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus
