About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicenow Cloud Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Servicenow Cloud Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Servicenow cloud environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Servicenow cloud solutions that adhere to industry best practices and our company's standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Configure and maintain Servicenow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ensure system stability and security.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Servicenow cloud processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the Servicenow cloud environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Servicenow cloud administration and development.
• Experience in designing and implementing Servicenow cloud solutions for complex business needs.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of Servicenow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining Servicenow cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
