Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Sharepoint solutions to meet business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Customize and configure existing Sharepoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sharepoint applications
Develop and maintain documentation for Sharepoint solutions and processes
Stay updated on the latest Sharepoint technologies and best practices
Train end-users on Sharepoint functionality and provide ongoing support
Ensure Sharepoint security and compliance by implementing appropriate controls
Participate in testing and quality assurance of Sharepoint applications
Continuously evaluate and improve Sharepoint processes and functionality

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sharepoint development
Strong knowledge of Sharepoint, including SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and SharePoint Online
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
Proficient in developing custom workflows, forms, and web parts
Experience with Sharepoint migrations and upgrades
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of Sharepoint security and compliance best practices
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
