As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex telecommunications systems for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our communication networks and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement telecommunications systems according to specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct site surveys and analyze network coverage to determine the best placement of equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop cost-effective solutions for improving network performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network connectivity, equipment malfunctions, and system failures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex telecommunications systems.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Proficiency in network design and optimization.
• Experience with network simulation and analysis tools.
