Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop transmission systems, including hardware and software components, to meet the organization's needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet project timelines and budget requirements
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions
Perform testing and troubleshooting of transmission systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams, schematics, and manuals, for all transmission systems
Provide technical support and assistance to other teams, including installation, maintenance, and repair of transmission systems
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in transmission engineering to ensure our systems are innovative and efficient

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in transmission engineering, preferably in a telecommunications or utility environment
Strong understanding of transmission technologies, such as fiber optics, microwave, and satellite systems
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to transmission systems
Experience with design and simulation software, such as AutoCAD and MATLAB
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to travel to project sites and work in varying weather conditions, as needed
