About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging motion graphics for various projects, including advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, and more. You will work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life and deliver high-quality motion graphics that align with our brand and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and develop innovative concepts for motion graphics.
• Design and develop motion graphics using various software such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Cinema 4D.
• Create storyboards, sketches, and mockups to conceptualize ideas and present them to the team for feedback.
• Utilize animation techniques, 3D modeling, and compositing to create visually stunning and dynamic motion graphics.
• Edit and composite video footage to create seamless and polished final products.
• Ensure that all motion graphics are in line with our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our motion graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project deadlines.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics design skills.
• Excellent storytelling and visualization abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
