Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production process from concept to final product. Your exceptional video production skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively collaborate with team members will contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with the company's brand and marketing goals
• Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production
• Coordinate and schedule all necessary resources, including talent, crew, and equipment
• Oversee the production budget and ensure all expenses are within budget
• Conduct location scouting and secure necessary permits for filming
• Direct and coach on-screen talent to ensure a high-quality performance
• Edit and color correct footage to create a polished final product
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and effectively reach the target audience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new video production techniques to continuously improve the quality of our videos
• Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition
• Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet all necessary specifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous video production work is required
