Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain VoIP systems using various programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new VoIP features and functionalities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VoIP systems
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of VoIP systems to ensure optimal performance
Design and maintain system documentation for future reference and troubleshooting purposes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to VoIP systems and make recommendations for improvements
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Maintain and optimize existing VoIP systems to ensure scalability and efficiency
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of VoIP solutions
Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in developing VoIP systems
Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP and RTP
Experience with VoIP integration and troubleshooting
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python
Experience with database management and SQL
Strong understanding of network protocols and telecommunications
Proven experience in designing and implementing VoIP solutions
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
