Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement new software applications for Windows systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and create technical solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C++, C#, and other programming languages
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and functionality
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Windows programming to continuously improve our software products
Provide technical support and resolve any issues that may arise during software development, testing, and deployment
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Document software features, functionality, and technical specifications for future reference
Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects
Attend team meetings and provide progress updates on assigned tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Windows programming with a strong understanding of the Windows operating system
Proficient in C++, C#, and other programming languages
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and other development tools
Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with latest technologies and programming languages
