Title: WordPress SEO Expert
Location: New York, New York, United States
Salary: $69 Per hour
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced WordPress SEO Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and a proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic. This individual will be responsible for optimizing our WordPress websites to ensure maximum visibility and reach for our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords for our websites
- Implement on-page optimization strategies such as optimizing meta tags, header tags, and content to improve search engine rankings
- Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies to build backlinks and increase website authority
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools to identify areas for improvement
- Make technical SEO recommendations and work with the development team to implement necessary changes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure our websites remain compliant and optimized
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with our keyword strategy
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably with a focus on WordPress websites
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Proficient in keyword research and analysis tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner
- Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other SEO tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic
