Salary: $228000 - $256000
Lobox is seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative and user-friendly web applications for our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of frontend developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of frontend developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design efficient solutions
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed by the team
- Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and tools and incorporate them into the development process
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Communicate project progress and any roadblocks to the project manager and stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows
- Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
- Identify and propose new technologies or frameworks that can improve the frontend development process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a lead role
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with frontend development tools and libraries such as Bootstrap, jQuery, and Sass
- Sound knowledge of web development principles and best practices
- Experience with responsive and mobile design
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of backend development and database management is a plus
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex frontend projects on time and within budget
