Overview: Lobox is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and reliable backend systems for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our frontend developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems using modern programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, or Node.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns
• Conduct code reviews, identify and fix technical issues, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Optimize backend performance and scalability to support high user traffic and data volume
• Integrate data storage solutions such as databases, data warehouses, and cloud services
• Ensure the security and compliance of backend systems by implementing best practices and standards
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with DevOps team to implement continuous integration and delivery processes
• Participate in agile development methodologies and drive continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Express.js
• Solid understanding of database management and SQL
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proven track record of designing and building scalable and secure backend systems
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies
