Job Title: Principal Backend Developer

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: Our company is seeking a highly skilled Principal Backend Developer to join our dynamic and innovative development team. As the Principal Backend Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of our backend systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of backend systems and infrastructure, including APIs, databases, and servers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable and reliable solutions that can handle large amounts of data and high traffic.
• Design and implement data models and database structures to support the needs of our applications.
• Develop and maintain APIs to enable seamless integration with our front-end applications.
• Write efficient and well-structured code that follows industry best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in backend development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with database technologies, such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• In-depth understanding of API design principles and best practices.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing highly scalable and robust systems.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
