Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives and drive growth
Lead a team of data analysts and oversee their work to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs and requirements
Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Interpret data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Mentor and coach junior data analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in data analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Knowledge of data management and governance principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of data analysts is preferred
Certifications in data analytics or related fields are a plus
